No. ListTriage is independent — we're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy. We've built our policy rules based on Etsy's published policies and patterns from suspension cases shared by sellers in public forums.
Can ListTriage prevent every suspension?
It's the strongest defence available for what you control: your listing content. Unlike simple find-and-replace checkers, ListTriage uses AI to analyse listings the way an Etsy compliance reviewer would — catching trademark and IP issues, banned phrases, medical claims, restricted categories, prohibited items, and image-level risks like visible logos, AI-generated photos, and unlicensed stock imagery. Our policy rules update automatically as Etsy's policies change. Listing content drives the vast majority of suspensions — and it's exactly what ListTriage catches.
How does the Chrome extension work?
Install it from the Chrome Web Store, sign into ListTriage once, and a shield button appears on every Etsy listing edit page. Click it to scan the listing you're working on. The extension reads the title, tags, and description from Etsy's form, sends them to ListTriage, and shows the report in a sidebar. You can apply suggested rewrites with one click.
What does the whole-shop audit do?
Download your "currently for sale listings" CSV from Etsy (Shop Manager → Settings → Options → Download Data), upload it to ListTriage. We scan every active listing in batch, surface the riskiest, and save a snapshot. Run it again next month and we'll show what changed — what got worse, what improved.
What does image analysis catch?
Visible brand logos in product photos, trademarked characters, AI-generation artefacts (six-fingered hands, melted text, mockup-only listings without real product photos), and obvious stock photos used without licence. Available on the Founders / Standard plans as an optional add-on per audit.
Why is there a "founders" tier?
The first 5 paying customers get £10/month locked forever. Customer #6 onwards pays £15/month. The founders' tier is a thank-you to people who paid before we had a track record — they keep £10/mo regardless of what we charge new customers.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your billing page — one click. You keep paid access until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to the free tier. Your scan history and audit snapshots are preserved.
Where's my data stored?
Your account, scan history, and audit snapshots are stored in a managed Postgres database in the EU (London region). We never sell your data, never share it with third parties, and we don't train any models on your listings. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard.
